Platform · Layer 2

Multi-agent workflows. Under the same governance.

Delegation chains, task routing, context management across agents — with every orchestration step passing through the governance layer. In active design.

In design

What the orchestration layer solves.

Multi-agent workflows

Composable workflows where specialist agents hand work to one another — with state, context, and auth carried across the chain.

Delegation chains

Agents delegate to other agents under verifiable credentials. Every delegation step is logged and revocable.

Task routing

Work routes to the agent best-qualified for the task — scored by capability manifests and behavioral trust tier.

Context management

Shared context across agents, scoped to each tenant and capped at the originator's permission boundary.

Design principle

Orchestration inherits governance at every hop.

Every orchestration action must be authorized by the Sovereign Agent governance layer. The API contract between orchestration and governance is the critical design point — and it's why we're building the two as separate, independently-scalable products.
